MEMBERSHIP/CLUB LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

We are primarily a non-solicitated group. Our members join via personal invitation from friends or by seeing our activities online or in person. Therefore, the vetting of all candidates is done via social media scanning, an informal interview, and by other means as we may feel are necessary. This is to ensure members are of a particular caliber for this group. We are a not-for-profit entity, we provide services on a volunteer basis, and we do not sell weapons or ammunition; therefore, there is no need and we are not required to perform felony, mental or other background checks. While we do not foresee any causable incidents, participation and personal safety is at your own risk and responsibility.

Although we function and train as a group, YOU are solely and independently responsible for your participation and safety. To that end, at no point will Chicks Who Carry be held liable for any accidents, incidents, ill will, stress, or harm while participating in any CWC authorized training, events or outings. By remaining on our roster, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

This is a non-solicited group of women who decided to join together for the purpose of training in gun handling and self-defense, as well as participate in social group activities surrounding the purpose of this club. CWC will be held harmless and remain unconnected to any past or future unfavorable occurrences performed by or involving its associates/members. 

CODE OF CONDUCT

The CWC association of women who train to carry and protect themselves and their families will remain a POSITIVE and IMPACTFUL women's group; and at no time will its associates participate in any unlawful, unbecoming, or unconventional activities particularly while being engaged in - or donning any of CWC's paraphernalia. 

COPYRIGHTS & DISCLAIMERS

We reserve the right to refuse membership and/or remove any woman from our roster who exhibits any behavior [online or in person] that is unbecoming, unsupportive, irresponsible or the like - pursuant to CWC written or implied standards. 

CWC practices the rights to the following: All pictures taken for or submitted to CWC are the property of CWC and for all social media purposes. If at any time a member feels they DO NOT want your photos posted; even after (inactive) membership, CWC suggests members of concern to NOT be active during photos taken within or amongst CWC members, events, outings, photoshoots, training, etc. 

All images appearing on this website, unless noted otherwise, are the sole and exclusive property of Chicks Who Carry and are protected under South Carolina Copyright laws. Duplication, processing, distribution, manipulated or any form of commercialization of such material shall require the prior written consent of Chicks Who Carry.
